Over the course of the last spring and summer as a group, we at Ballas Tv were able to see first hand, some of the best talent on a consistent basis across New England. Coaches (College , High School, and AAU) , Players ,Parents, and Fans alike would ask our opinions on players within our Region. We decided to make our projections and opinions public. (individual footage and analysis coming soon)

** Because there will be many kids who grow physically and skill-wise at this age (freshman) the rankings will start from top 3 and expand as the season goes along.This will allow room for the unknowns and keep the integrity of the list high. **
